Givi Chachia — Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Givi Chachia is an executive manager with many years of experience, who has extensive practical experience in business management and development of energy and industrial sectors. His professional activities include strategic management of large organizations, development of investment and infrastructure projects and coordination of complex business processes.

Currently, he is the general director of Elmontazh and is responsible for the company's strategic development, managing large projects and ensuring organizational growth. At the same time, he is the managing partner of Opizers Design and Construction.
His professional experience includes working in management positions in companies in the energy, mining and industrial sectors, including Tetra Tech, Georgian Industrial Group, Rich Metals Group and JSC Madneuli, where he participated in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects and development of business processes.
Givi Chachia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management, and also received an academic education in finance and banking from the Technical University of Georgia. He is distinguished by his strategic vision, analytical thinking and high-level managerial competence.
Ivane Lortkipanidze— Deputy Director
Ivane Lortkipanidze is a manager with many years of experience in the field of energy and administrative management, who has extensive practical experience working in both the public and private sectors.
Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Director at Elmontazh and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of operational and administrative processes, as well as the organization of project execution and operational support for technical works.

He is distinguished by practical organizational management experience, the ability to coordinate complex work processes and the approach to effectively perform operational tasks.
Tamar Samkharadze — Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Tamar Samkharadze is a manager with many years of experience in finance and operational management, who has gained significant practical experience in the field of telecommunications, banking and infrastructure projects during his career.
He currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Elmontazh and is responsible for the strategic management and development of the company's operating systems, improving the efficiency of processes and optimizing organizational performance.
His work focuses on improving the company's overall operating model, standardizing processes and ensuring efficiency gains.
His professional experience includes working in leading positions at JSC "Silknet" and JSC "Bank of Georgia", where he participated in the implementation of large-scale transformational projects, including improvement of operating systems and automation of processes.
Tamar Samkharadze is a graduate of Georgia Technical University, Department of Banking and Finance. He is distinguished by his system thinking, analytical approach and experience in managing complex operational processes.
Konstantine Dumbadze — Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Irakli Gzirishvili— Technical Director
Irakli Gzirishvili is a technical manager with many years of experience in the field of energy, who has more than 20 years of practical experience in engineering management, operational control of energy systems and implementation of large infrastructure projects.
Currently, he holds the position of technical director at Elmontazh and is responsible for managing the technical department, coordinating electrical installation projects and quality performance of engineering processes.
His professional experience includes many years of activity in the energy sector, where he held the positions of chief engineer and head of the dispatch department. Its activities are related to the design of high voltage infrastructure, arrangement of transformer points and operational management of energy systems.
Irakli Gzirishvili is a graduate of the Department of Electric Power and Electronics of the Technical University of Georgia and is distinguished by technical accuracy, high safety standards and experience in managing complex engineering projects.
